Ping Ho is a Taiwanese artist and curator whose work explores the intersection of mundaneness, migration, and the passage of time. Working with moving images, sound, and objects, she weaves together everyday observations to create immersive encounters that blur the boundaries between reality and memory. Her artistic practice is deeply rooted in time-based media, using transit footage, archival materials, coding, and sonic elements to capture fleeting moments and the notion of home.

Drawing from personal narratives and broader migration histories, Ping investigates displacement, home, time, and memory through multimedia research, field recordings, and interviews. By layering voices and imagery, she reflects the fragmented nature of memory and the complex emotions tied to migration. Through poetic visual storytelling, she invites audiences to navigate the fluidity of place and identity.

Her curatorial approach extends from her artistic interests to explore human migration stories and life transitions, focusing on creating inclusive, experimental, and site-responsive platforms for conversation and expression. She often collaborates with performance artists and interdisciplinary practitioners to activate unconventional spaces and challenge traditional viewing structures. She was selected to participate in the Independent Curators International (ICI) New York Curatorial Seminar 2025.

Ping’s work has been presented in Taiwan, Korea, the Netherlands, Chicago, Florida, and New York. Beyond her artistic and curatorial projects, she is deeply involved in community-building initiatives that foster cultural exchange. She is part of Nomad ArtLab, a New York-based collective fostering cross-cultural dialogue through curation and creation. Additionally, she has a passion for archiving images and objects made up of fleeting moments of importance in life that can be found here.
